Welcome to my first blog post! I’m thrilled to introduce myself and the mission behind BuyaCo Inc. For nearly three decades, I’ve been working with organizations, helping them overcome challenges, develop leadership, and foster strong, collaborative teams. As I embark on this new chapter, I want to share a bit of my story, my approach, and what inspires me every day.

From Print Shop Owner to Facilitator of Growth

At the age of 19, I took a leap of faith and bought a print shop, with just $20 in the register and a loan from my parents. My passion for design and leadership quickly turned that humble beginning into a thriving business. Those early experiences shaped my drive and sharpened my skills in entrepreneurship, public speaking, and event coordination.

Fast forward to the pandemic, when I decided to make a significant shift. The challenges we all faced during that time made me rethink my priorities, focusing more on my family and community. This turning point allowed me to pursue what I truly love: facilitating workshops, fostering growth, and helping others unlock their potential.

Why BuyaCo? The Meaning Behind the Name

Naming my company was an intentional and personal choice. BuyaCo is a play on a part of my last name, Cabuyadao. This name serves as a constant reminder to stay grounded in my purpose and remain connected to my family, who have supported me throughout my journey. Just as my name reflects my roots, my company’s mission is rooted in helping organizations and individuals find clarity, connection, and success.
